●Construction without grooves and sharp edges.
●All functional elements (fans, coils, heat recovery units, humidifiers … ) are easily removable for maintenance,
cleaning, and service.
●All elements are resistant to corrosion.
●All components and materials are resistant to disinfectants.
●Seals are smooth, abrasion-resistant, closed-pore.
●The internal panels of the housing are made of painted sheet steel, while the bottom is made of stainless sheet steel AISI 304. On special request, the internal panels are available in stainless sheet steel AISI 316.
●All external panels are made of galvanised sheet steel, while all the joints between the frame and the panels are sealed with a clean room application putty
●High-efficiency filters: E11, E12, H13, H14
●The units feature plug-in high-efficiency fans, epoxy coated coil frame and fins, a highly efficient run-around coil system and dampers for increased tightness requirements.
●Sound attenuators are made of abrasion-resistant and waterproof material.

Generally, modular air handlers may be used from 1500 cfm and 1" external static pressure to over 50,000 cfm and 8" external static pressure. There are instances, due to spatial or design requirements, that smaller air handlers may be used.
The decision to use smaller air handlers must be made in conjunction with the FO&M project representative; however they should not be used when air flows exceed 3,500 cfm and/or 2" of external static pressure. Smaller air handlers generally do not have the same features available and are usually constructed to a lower standard than the larger modular units.

Packaging & Delivery
●Packing: Standard export package.
●Delivery Day: 25 days after deposit is confirmed.
●Delivery term: CIF, FOB or CNF EX-Work are welcomed.
●Payment term: 30% deposit by TT, the balance will be paid by TT before delivery; or 100% Irrevocable non-transferred LC at sight.
●Warranty: 12~18 months after Bill of Lading date. Any unartificial failure occurred within the period, we'll supply you the spare parts for free, and permanent technical support & consultation all life long for the machines.
