Installation Requirements of Combined Air Conditioning Unit
Home Inspection and Preparation
Before installation begins, your Carrier dealer will visit your home to assess the site and determine the best location for your new air conditioner . They consider factors such as proper airflow, accessibility, and safety. Additionally, they prepare the site by ensuring it is clean and free from obstacles that may hinder the installation process.
Removal of Existing Unit (if applicable)
If you are replacing an old air conditioner, our team will carefully remove the existing AC unit , ensuring it is disconnected safely and all components are properly disposed of. This step is crucial to make way for the new air conditioner and to ensure a smooth transition.
Installation of Outdoor and Indoor Components
Once the site is prepared and the existing unit is removed, the technician will install the outdoor and indoor components of your new air conditioner. They connect the necessary electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and drainage systems to ensure proper functioning.
Testing and Final Inspection
The technician will turn on the AC unit and test its operation, checking for proper airflow, cooling efficiency, and any unusual noises or leaks. A final inspection will be performed on all connections and components to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly. Finally, the technician will explain the system operation and maintenance to the homeowner.
After Air Conditioner is installed and the electrical connection is completed, please complete the following checklist:
● Ensure all screws are torqued to appropriate values
● Ensure that there is enough space around the internal and external air ducts of the air conditioner.
● Ensure that the power line connects to the right polarity; Alarm signal cables are connected correctly
● Use a multimeter to check the supply voltage, that the power supply voltage is normal and consistent with the requirements on the nameplate.
Applications of Combined Air Conditioning Unit
Packing: Standard export package.
Delivery Day: 25 days after deposit is confirmed.
Delivery term: CIF, FOB or CNF EX-Work are welcomed.
Payment term: 30% deposit by TT, the balance will be paid by TT before delivery; or 100% Irrevocable non-transferred LC at sight.
Warranty: 12~18 months after Bill of Lading date. Any unartificial failure occurred within the period, we'll supply you the spare parts for free, and permanent technical support & consultation all life long for the machines.
